One year younger than me, a little bit skill of video making but influence of sales, he has showed me on his great potential. I myself, an amateur manager, can not image how it hard to me a manager. I has started scare of not qualify enough to guide my staff. What happen if i can not correct my staff’s files any more. I turn to be worry so much when saying: “This file is okay already”. Is there any mistake has been overlooked?
Besides, i has been stressed by the high expectation of staff about company. I wish i could tell them the company was not professional yet, neither do we, so let’s help the company grow up and we can develop together. My staffs have not known me jet. Show how could i share my view to them?
